Before you ship.
Yes. Upgrade from Free to Early Adopter takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the higher limits through the time you’ve already paid for.
On Free: you can’t add new translation keys or invite new members until you upgrade. Existing translations stay accessible.
On Early Adopter: stay within limits, or buy add-ons — $1.50/mo per 250 extra keys, $3.50/mo per extra seat.
For as long as your subscription stays active, yes. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the new rate at that time will apply. The lock is a thank-you for joining early — it’s not transferable.
Yes. If something doesn’t work for you, email hello@comvi.io within 30 days of payment and I’ll refund you. No forms, no questions about why.
Major credit and debit cards via Paddle (our merchant of record). Paddle handles VAT and tax compliance for EU, UK, US, and most other countries. Invoices are issued automatically.
